This recipe only requires 4 ingredients. One of which is tahini. Tahini is sesame seed paste. It’s quite tasty and is a key ingredient in hummus.

Tomato Gorgonzola Soup

Spicy Blackened Tilapia

I’m trying to be adventurous. I’m a fairly picky eater and I tend to stay away from meats and fish, but I’ve been trying to branch out. When my boyfriend orders meat or seafood at a restaurant, I’ll try a bite. It’s a big step for me. Usually I’m not a huge fan of what he orders, but most things are not as bad as I remember them being.

Peanut Sauce

This sauce makes a great dipping sauce for spring rolls or a sauce to go on meats, stir fry, veggies, or even pasta.  It’s very versatile and has an Asian flavor to it.  Try it with whatever your making next time that’s Asian themed and it’ll really bring the whole dish up a level.  My boyfriend asked me for the secret ingredient.  You know it’s good when the boyfriend asks why it’s so delicious.
