Fall is for soups, soups go in bread bowls, sourdough bread bowls are the only bread bowls you should ever use, homemade bread is always better.
Ok, now we know why we have to try to make our own sourdough bread bowls in fall. After googling/pinteresting (which is not yet a word, but it might as well be with how often I’m on that site), I have rounded up a few great resources for attempting sourdough.
First off, the starter. Starter will apparently last forever. I don’t know if I really believe that because, ya know, bacteria… but it sounds pretty cool. I’d love to be an old lady that lived a wonderful bread-filled life and give all my beautiful grandbabies sourdough starter from all the way back in 2013 that always makes the BEST sourdough. Only thing is, I have to actually attempt sourdough to do that.
